Privacy Policy
Digiably Private Limited ("Digiably", "we", "us") operates the D Route service ("D Route", "the service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what choices you have. We've written it in plain English — because legalese helps no one.
1. Information we collect
Account information
When you sign up, we collect your name, email, password (hashed), and billing details. We use Razorpay to process Indian payments — we never store card numbers on our servers.
API request data
We log requests you send through D Route, including timestamps, model used, token counts, response latency, status codes, and the API key involved. We do not log prompt content or output content by default — only metadata.
Diagnostic data
Anonymous usage events (which button was clicked, which page loaded) are collected via privacy-friendly analytics to help us improve the product.
2. How we use your information
- To provide and operate D Route.
- To generate invoices, send billing receipts, and process refunds.
- To detect abuse, fraud, and rate-limit violations.
- To send you service-critical emails (outages, security incidents, key events).
- To send optional product news — only if you've opted in.
3. Sub-processors
To route your requests, we send them to upstream model providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, DeepSeek, etc.). They process the prompt under their own privacy policies. We never train models on your prompts.
4. Data retention
Anonymous request metadata is retained for 90 days for debugging and analytics. You may request immediate deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing [email protected]. Deletion completes within 30 days.
5. Security
All traffic is encrypted with TLS 1.3. API keys are stored using AES-256 at rest. Production systems run inside Indian data centres operated under SOC2-aligned controls. We publish our security posture at security.digiably.com.
6. Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your data at any time from the dashboard. Indian users have additional rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 — we honour them all.
7. Cookies
We use only essential session cookies and a single privacy-friendly analytics cookie. No third-party advertising cookies.
8. Children
D Route is not for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
9. Changes to this policy
If we make changes, we'll email you at least 14 days in advance and post a banner in the dashboard. Continued use after that date means you accept the updated policy.
