Terms of Service
By using D Route you agree to these Terms. We've written them in plain language where possible. If something is unclear, email us at [email protected] and we'll explain.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter a contract in India. By signing up you confirm both.
2. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your password and API keys secure. We may suspend accounts whose API keys are found in public GitHub repositories. You can create unlimited keys but each is bound to a single account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use D Route to:
- Generate content that violates Indian law (including the IT Act, 2000 and its amendments).
- Build tools designed to harass, defraud or impersonate others.
- Circumvent rate limits or attempt to overload the service.
- Resell D Route access as a competing product without our written consent.
- Use D Route to train competing AI models.
4. Billing
The Starter plan is ₹499 per month, charged in INR via Razorpay. Subscriptions renew automatically every 30 days unless you cancel. You'll keep access until the end of your paid period.
We offer a 7-day refund for new customers. After that, fees are non-refundable, but you may cancel at any time to stop further charges.
GST (18% IGST) is added to all invoices as required by Indian tax law.
5. Upstream providers
D Route routes your requests to OpenAI, Anthropic, Google and other providers. Each provider's Acceptable Use Policy additionally applies to content you generate through their models. If a provider revokes a model, we'll remove it from the catalogue promptly.
6. Availability
We target 99.9% uptime but don't guarantee it. We'll credit your account for any outage longer than 2 hours, prorated. Service credits are the sole remedy for downtime.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. We'll notify you by email first and give a chance to fix the issue where possible. Upon termination, your API keys will be revoked immediately.
You may terminate by cancelling your subscription from the dashboard.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digiably's liability is capped at the fees you've paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. We're not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
9. Indemnity
You'll indemnify Digiably against third-party claims arising from your misuse of D Route, breach of these Terms, or violation of any law.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes get 14 days' advance notice by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
